We are pleased to announce the publication of Issue No. 2 (2025): “New Research in Translation and Interpreting” of the academic journal EFIT (Estudis Filològics i de Traducció), affiliated with the University of Valencia. The issue is now available on the journal’s official platform.
We are also opening the call for papers for the third issue: “Emerging Voices in Philological Studies: Languages and Literatures”, coordinated by Rodrigo Carmen-Cerdán and CiTrans members Dr Sara Llopis-Mestre and Dr María López Rubio.
This volume is conceived as a space for initiating research, aimed at Master’s and PhD students, as well as early-career postdoctoral researchers. Original manuscripts will be accepted in all areas related to philological studies, including (but not limited to):
- Linguistic studies (synchronic and diachronic)
- Comparative literature and literary studies
- Textual criticism and text editing
- History of languages and literatures
- Intercultural and transfer studies (both linguistic and literary)r
- Digital humanities applied to philology
