We are pleased to announce the IX International Conference on Audiovisual Translation, hosted by the Universitat de València and organised by the CiTrans research group. The event will take place on 20-21 November 2025 in the Manuel Sanchis Guarner Conference Hall (ground floor) of the Faculty of Philology, Translation and Communication (UV).
As in previous years, it is our pleasure to once again convene researchers, industry professionals and students to engage in a shared reflection on the challenges, developments and transformations currently shaping the field of audiovisual translation. We will explore its different dimensions, such as subtitling, dubbing and audio description.
